Jasmine Raeymaekers

Raeymaekers made her debut in 2021 with her literary non-fiction book Bloedheet Koud, which was later published by Willems Uitgevers under the title Een nacht in een kooi.

It was subsequently translated into English under the title Behind Egyptian Bars.

She then went on to write another 24 novels, of which 17 were published.

To this day, Vaarwel, papa – wij hielden soms van je remains her best-known novel. It was translated into English as Farewell Dad – we sometimes loved you and into Spanish as Adiós, papá – a veces te quisimos.
