Meet Leonie: a creative soul with a notebook, a pen and a cup of tea always within reach, ready to turn new ideas into words.

You could say writing is her middle name, because she writes every single day. Journaling, blogging, creating content for her website, dreaming up new stories… Leonie simply loves playing with words.

After studying communications, spending several years blogging as a hobby and working for seven years as a copywriter and online marketing professional, she already had plenty of writing experience under her belt. But actually writing an entire book? That turned out to be a whole different story.

She discovered just how different when she set off on an open-ended journey in her campervan and decided the time had finally come to write that book. She enlisted the help of a writing coach and received weekly feedback on her first manuscript.

Fast-forward a few years, and her first physical book, Tussen Tijd & Toekomst, has found its place on the bookshelf alongside several novellas. Her writing doesn't fit neatly into a single genre. Mystery and magical realism are recurring threads throughout her work, interspersed with heartwarming Christmas and feel-good stories.
